Produced with the neck of the pig (hence the name), coppa owes its flavor and tenderness to the wise selection of meat and careful processing.

In the Salumificio Brianza, the master butchers still massage the meat by hand to allow a gradual and complete penetration of the salt and turn the mixture several times over the weeks to complete the flavoring.

It is available in pieces of 600g or 800g in the practical vacuum packaging, which keeps the fragrance of the product intact over time.
