Broccolo Fiolaro di Creazzo (Vi), cultivated by the I Giovani Fiolari del Colle farm, is a typical product of the Creazzo hills, so called due to the presence of fioi, the shoots which, together with the younger leaves, are the flagship of this winter culture, an exclusive expression of this land, capable of combining healthy virtues and versatile ideas for your palates.

THE TERRITORY: THE CREAZZO HILL
As a typical crop of the area, the Fiolaro broccolo grown in the hilly area of Creazzo (Rivella-Beccodoro-Rampa-Guizze) is recognized as being superior to the product of the same name from neighboring municipalities.
In fact, it is grown in a milder and drier climate than the plain, on slightly sloping land, facing south, rich in natural springs and made up of white calcareous soils of the silty-sandy type which give the vegetable a balance between nitrogenous and organic substances . It is in fact this soil that makes broccoli much more crunchy and sweet.

Organoleptic properties
Fiolaro broccoli has a moderate amount of calcium which, given its low oxalate content, is absorbed at 60%. This broccoli has important antimutagenic and anticancer characteristics given the high content of antioxidant substances, it is also rich in vitamins (C, A, B1, B2, PP) and mineral salts.
