The Sopressa Veneta is a typical excellence of the Venetian tradition, in this variant with a filling of bacon and lard. Crazy !!

Produced by the F.lli Scremin Agricultural Company according to the ancient techniques of Venetian home-made butchery, in fact, tradition wants a cured meat that remains soft and creamy on the palate.

The aging of the sopressa:

-va from a minimum of at least About 1 month and a half where you can find a softer and more tender product

-ad a seasoning that goes from four months upwards, therefore a much more seasoned sopressa drier and tougher.

It all depends on your tastes :) Try it !!
