A sweet fusion of the goodness of goat's milk and the essence of wildflowers envelops the palate with a natural freshness, which reminds us of the same feeling when as children we plunged into the flowery meadows of the high mountains. Luna di Miele is a simple, romantic and innovative creation that traces the ancestral custom of sweetening milk with a drop of honey, the best wildflower honey sought by Antonio Carpenedo and produced in the Montello area, all enclosed in a soft crust covered with a veil of beeswax.
VIEW: The beautiful canary yellow color is striking, made even more intense, by the beeswax-based coating that perfectly preserves the product and keeps it fresh and soft.
TOUCH: It is a fairly soft and decidedly compact cheese which, on the palate, keeps a clear solubility alive, becoming creamy and persuasive. It releases a simple gentle aroma that becomes more and more complex up to a pleasantly floral sensation in the aftertaste and a delicious and enveloping lactic flavor.
SMELL: Breathe in gently and with your eyes closed in front of this creation: it will be like twirling in a flowery meadow, full of fragrant yellow flowers and daisies. Fresh aromatic herbs and sweet sensations of fine honey they will overwhelm you reaching to your heart.
