On Tuesday and Wednesday we ship the products related to the previous week's orders.

They will be delivered in approximately 1/2 working days (between Thursday and Friday).

In the extreme case that the goods are damaged or ruined when the package is opened, we suggest you document the damage with photos and contact us by e-mail info@casoinonline.it.

The costs of a possible collection of a damaged product will be borne by us, we will also send a new supply or replace the damaged product as soon as possible.

Shipping rates to Denmark and Austria are as follows.

from 0 to 40 € spent on the site, the shipping cost amounts to € 17.99

from € 40 to € 120 spent on the site, the shipping cost amounts to € 24

from 120 to 210 € spent on the site, the shipping cost amounts to € 33

shipping costs from € 210 upwards they are free.
