Casoinonline remains solely responsible for managing refunds and chargebacks in cases where they are legitimately requested.

The contract stipulated by Casoinonline and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance - even if only partial - of the order by Casoinonline. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. You can view the transport costs on the cart page after adding the products you want to purchase.

The cost of shipping is free for orders to be delivered in Italy only if expressed during the purchase phase, in other cases it is calculated on the basis of the weight of the product. For shipments outside the national territory it is possible to verify them after adding the complete address in the phase just before entering the payment data.



The products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure. To ensure the freshness of the products, the shipment will be made on Tuesday and will reach the customer's home within 48/72 hours. The order processing times are provided purely as an indication, they do not in any case represent a contractual obligation, and could lengthen depending on the number of requests. In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and the customer will have to personally contact the courier as soon as possible in order to agree on the delivery methods. No responsibility can be attributed to Casoinonline in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order (art.1510 C.C.)



Products such as spirits, bitters, beer and all those that are part of the alcoholic and hard alcohol categories are intended for sale exclusively to an adult audience over the age of 18.


In the event that a product is not fully or partially available, Casoinonline will promptly notify the customer. The notification of availability does not in any case represent a contractual obligation. Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not actually available, Casoinonline undertakes to provide information on the time required for the delivery of the ordered product and, at the customer's request, to return any sums advanced. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, or by delivery delays.


A fiscal document will be issued for every order placed on www.casoinonline.it. For the issuance of the invoice, or the tax receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will prevail. No changes will be possible after the issuance of the fiscal document (invoice or receipt). Casoinonline asks the customer to carefully check the data entered at the time of the order and registration, because these will be used for accounting records.


Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

1) the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document

2) the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words "withdrawal with reserve due to lack and / or damage of number ... packages" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within seven calendar days by e-mail to causainonline@gmail.com. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt.

Any report beyond the aforementioned terms and / or through different means from the above will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered and the number of packages received.


The conditions contained on the website www.casoinonline.it may be modified without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.casoinonline.it.
