Monorigine 100% Arabic

Single-origin Arabica with honey and vanilla aroma and an aftertaste of chocolate and caramel, grown in the Meseta Central of Costa Rica between 800 and 1400 meters above sea level and harvested by hand only when the fruit is ripe (picking). 

Costa Rica is the only country to have legally prohibited the cultivation of quality coffee that does not belong to the Arabica variety.

In the cup it is the perfect combination of acidity and sweetness, between body and bitterness.
