The artisan donkey ragù is a sauce with an intense, deep character, made with genuine ingredients and an entirely hand-crafted preparation.

60% of it is donkey meat, together with tomato passata, celery, carrot, onion, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, spices and aromatic herbs: a balanced mix that gives robust, authentic flavours, just like in the old days.

Every jar is the result of careful, hand-made production, with no shortcuts and no preservatives, to bring a truly special ragù to your table. One jar is enough for 4 servings.
