Chandler Walnuts – the walnut with the most classic flavour

The Chandler variety is the walnut with the most classic flavour. It is distinguished by its elongated shape and thin shell, easy to open by hand. The kernel is very light in colour and, when cracked, breaks into halves.

Chandler walnuts are grown following the integrated pest management specification of the Veneto Region, not organic: plant protection products are few and tightly controlled, alongside more natural techniques. A monitoring system allows intervention only where and when needed, so the producer uses only part of what the specification allows. A positive sign is the large number of ladybirds and bees in the walnut grove.

QV (Verified Quality) certification for in-shell walnuts. They are washed with water only.
