Made in Adria by Laura Beltrami, the artisan farmyard ragù is a delicate, flavourful sauce born from the meeting of the finest white meats and careful, hand-crafted preparation.

Made with 75% selected meats (chicken, duck and turkey), extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, white wine (sulphites), lemon juice, aromatic herbs, garlic and salt, this ragù is inspired by rural recipes, where nothing was wasted and every ingredient was chosen with care.

Slow cooking and marinating the meats with lemon make the sauce balanced, soft and fragrant, perfect for those looking for a lighter alternative that is still rich in flavour.

Size: 180 g – ideal for 4 servings.

🍝 Egg pasta such as tagliatelle, garganelli or fettuccine
