MEZZANO DI MALGA cheese 🧀
The selection of Malga Verde cheeses is unmistakable; the cheeses produced by the Cortese family are a beautiful expression of mountain pasture productions which, in their case, take place exclusively from June to mid-October, on the Asiago plateau.
WHAT DOES "MOUNTAIN PRODUCT" MEAN?
It is NOT a lowland Asiago.

-seasoning tastes and flavors different from the Asiago of "Plain".
N.B: Each box is shipped with fresh-save polystyrene packages with dry ice! The cheese is vacuum packed.
Mezzano cheese from malga:
- The color is straw-colored, and is characterized by small or medium-sized eyes
- it has a strong and savory taste, which increases with advanced ripening.
- It is also called Asiago Mezzano (seasoning from 4 to 6 months).

This cheese is a "Product of the Mountain" because it is produced at an altitude of 1100m on the Asiago Plateau.
Ingredients: Thermised cow's milk, salt, rennet, selected milk enzymes.

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature of 4°C or lower.
