Grape juice pudding (Cabernet and Merlot). 

Sugolo is a peasant dessert from Veneto and Emilia, typical of the harvest period. It is a sort of pudding of very ancient origins.

Spoon sweet, excellent on dry pastries.

Ingredients: Grape juice and wheat flour. Fruit used 92% on 100g of finished product.
