Prodotto secondo le antiche tecniche della norceria casalinga veneta, infatti la tradizione vuole un salume che rimane morbido e cremoso al palato.
Stagionatura della sopressa.
Queste sopresse hanno una stagionatura di oltre 10 mesi, l'asciugatura e successiva stagionatura non è fatta in celle frigorifere ma bensì in ambienti con ventilazione naturale, qui troviamo una scrupolosa attenzione del processo fino a che il prodotto non è pronto da degustare.
Prodotta sull'Altopiano di Asiago.
Per ottenere un ottimo prodotto di qualità va messa attenzione nell'alimentazione degli animali e nel loro benessere, elemento distintivo dell'azienda che alleva con amore e passione i suini utilizzati per produrre i loro salumi.
È un insaccato naturale SENZA additivi SENZA conservanti chimici composto da carne macinata con la sola aggiunta di sale e pepe utilizzando esclusivamente budello di bovino per insaccare la carne macinata e lasciata stagionare per alcuni mesi.

The cheese Drunk of Raboso it is the first creation of Antonio Carpenedo among his Cellar Cheeses dated as far back as 1976 and which gave rise to the Ubriaco brand. A success more than 40 years old during which experimentation and compromise with thehigh quality.
L'Ubriaco di Raboso is a cow's milk cheese and has a crust that takes on the classic burgundy color, testimony of the careful method of intoxication that transforms the pasta into a deep yellow with rare and small holes.
