Brodo di Giuggiole

The liqueur Brodo di Giuggiole is obtained from the infusion of jujubes, it is a refined and exclusive product, typical of the small town of Arquà Petrarca, in the province of Padua. Here, since a long time, the artisanal production of this particular beverage has been preserved, in full respect of the original recipe.

Brodo di Arquà is the original liqueur, known for its characteristic sweet taste and intense aroma. The artisanal production method guarantees the organoleptic profile and the complexity of this liqueur, which stands out from all similar products coming from other areas of Italy. Its characteristic lively and shiny color reminiscent of stones such as amber, and the dense and nectarine consistency that visually confirms the enveloping sweetness, announce to the palate the fruity freshness of this extraordinary liqueur, unique in its kind.

The perfect union between the captivating scents of almonds and dried fruit and the balsamic and aromatic aftertaste is enhanced by the moderate alcohol content.

For aging, it is best to choose a dark and cool place. Brodo di Arquà can be tasted right away, but gourmets should wait for about one year, in order for the beverage to be perfectly aromatized.

Pairings: Excellent companion for meditation, to be served at room temperature, pairings can range from dark chocolate, to full bodied and structured desserts or salty foods. Surprisingly pleasant with mature cheeses.

Ingredients: Sugar, alcohol, Jujube infusion (20%), fruit and natural flavors.

All fruit has been produced on the farm It does not contain colorants.

Serving suggestions: Serve at room temperature.
