CACIOTTA DI MALGA 🧀
- pasteurized whole cow's milk obtained from Bruna and Frisona breed cows fed at pasture on the Asiago Plateau.
- The paste is soft, pale straw-colored and slightly glanced, the crust is thin and tending to straw-colored
- sweet in the mouth with notes of cooked butter and bread
- aged for at least 10 days
- mountain pasture cheese
- produced from June to mid-October on the Asiago Plateau
NB: the product will be vacuum packed and shipped in special thermal containers with dry ice to preserve the freshness of the food.
